We are the Carringtons,
We have been creating events and making food for people around the world for many, many years. And after traveling for ages, we fell in love with the magic of North Idaho.
You know what’s important to us? Creating experiences for people through the wonderful expression of food and hospitality. We want to entertain, to comfort, to love. Food is so powerful, and our family truly believes in sharing that gift. We also love freedom and our country! And that is why we moved to North Idaho – the wonderful people here are so inspiring and we love the life it’s given our family.We also feed crew/artists backstage, on tour + at festivals, and our other company, Black Caviar, continues to operate in Seattle and San Francisco.

+ Jessica loves pilates, coffee, and just started up beekeeping
+ Archer and Oscar are the sweetest, wildest little boys you could imagine
+ We are from the midwest originally but never want to leave North Idaho
+ Paul and Jes have produced events and cooked food in over 81 countries worldwide
