We are very passionaite about our product. And truly believe our broth frozen, brings better quality than a shelf stable option. Our broth contains an enourmous amount of nutruients and gelatin, and a lot of that is reduced when making a shelf stable product. For now, we are sticking with frozen broth so we can keep the integrity of the broth.
